Your first step counts toward the next one
- The Diagnostic credits 100% toward a Decision Blueprint or a Pilot Blueprint booked within 30 days.
- The Decision Blueprint credits 50% toward a Pilot Blueprint booked within 45 days.
Credits apply once per engagement and are not combinable with each other.
Scope is agreed in writing before work starts. A request outside that scope becomes a change order or a new engagement — priced before anything is done, never billed after the fact.
