• ✓ Project information you share for planning — product goals, existing codebases, technical constraints.
• ✓ Payment details, processed directly by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
• ✓ Basic technical data — browser type, pages visited — to keep the site working and secure.

How We Use It

Your data exists to get your blueprint built and delivered — nothing else.

Confidentiality & Zero-Data Retention

Project data — source code, architecture details, business context — is covered by a mutual NDA on every engagement, encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted from our working systems once your deliverable is complete and accepted, unless you ask us to retain it for ongoing work.

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure and payment providers that keep HELMQ running — under contracts that bind them to the same confidentiality standard — or when legally required.
